professional-development workshop open to junior faculty member in OCIS-related

the opportunity to talk in small group settings about research and teaching
challenges and managing an academic career with senior faculty mentors. The
mentors (below) have extensive experience as faculty members, authors and
journal editors and with grant-funded research and service to the professional
