method has been growing with technologies. Various education and learning
methods have been evolved since as early as 1970’s. Recently, the rapid
evolution of information technologies including social networking, cloud
computing, outsourcing, crowd sourcing and others, innovative teaching and
learning strategies are being designed and implemented by universities in Asia
and Asia pacific region.  These new technologies will bring new teaching
