<div><br></div><div>SEAA 2013 will take place in Santander, Spain in September 4-6, 2013. The port city of Santander is the capital of the autonomous community and historical region of Cantabria situated on the north coast of Spain. The region keeps some of the jewels of the country: amazing landscapes and charming beaches, friendly peoples and nature preserves. The city airport, Santander-Parayas (SDR), is connected with the two most important Spanish airports: Madrid-Barajas (MAD) and Barcelona-El Prat (BCN), both of which are well connected with a large number of European cities. </div><div>SEAA 2013 encourages the submission of technical research papers and experience reports. Papers must contain original unpublished work, describe significant novel contributions, and provide evidence on the validation of results. In particular, reports on industrial applications are welcome.</div>
<div><br></div><div>IEEE Computer Society Press will publish accepted papers in the conference proceedings and in the IEEE Xplore Digital library. Authors of a selection of the accepted papers will be invited to revise and re-submit extended versions of their conference papers for consideration for publication in a Journal (under negotiation).</div>
