Collaboration between IT professionals` and education professionals` communities in the development of e-learning systems<br>* Challenges of ICT based innovations in higher education.<br>* Role of management and business for e-learning development.<br>* Strategies of choosing or changing e-learning infrastructure and environment for educational institution and/or business organisation.<br>* Stakeholder coordination in the development and innovation of e- learning systems;<br>* Organisational culture and e-learning.<br>* Staff development in higher education and e-learning.<br>* New trends in e-learning (e.g. MOOCs, mobile learning, ubiquitous learning etc.) both IT and methodology perspective.<br>* E-learning as a part of the rhetoric on the development of knowledge society. <br><br></div><div><br></div><div>Submission Procedure<br> <br>By April 15, 2013 - Researchers and practitioners are invited to submit a 2-3 page chapter proposal clearly explaining the mission and concerns of his or her proposed chapter.</div><div>By April 30, 2013 - Authors of accepted proposals are notified about the status of their proposals and sent chapter guidelines. </div><div>By August 15, 2013 - Full chapters are expected to be submitted. All submitted chapters will be reviewed on a double-blind review basis.
