to a successful academic career. The emphasis of the Camp is on sharing experiences, listening and offering advice, establishing connections with senior scholars and peers, and having fun! The primary goal is for each participant to leave the camp with a
better understanding of what they can do to manage the challenges of an academic career while making themselves more valuable to their university and the academy.
