before <b>June 30, 2013</b>, a 1-3 page
chapter proposal clearly outlining and explaining the area of focus, objective
and content of the proposed chapter. Authors of accepted proposals will be
notified by <i>July 20</i>, 2013 about the
status of their proposals and will be sent chapter writing guidelines. Full
chapters are expected to be submitted by <b>December
6, 2013</b>. All submitted chapters will be reviewed on a double-blind review
basis. Contributors may also be requested to serve as reviewers. </span></p>
