</span><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";font-style:normal">An earned doctorate in MIS at the time of appointment from an AACSB accredited institution; those with ABD status will be considered at the application/interviewing stage.
</span><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";font-style:normal">A strong commitment to an interactive, student-centered learning environment and to serving the needs of a diverse student body consisting of both traditional and non-traditional
 learners is required.  </span><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";font-style:normal">Commitment to excellent teaching is the primary mission, with scholarly research as the second, and service as the third priority.   Ability and
 willingness to prepare and deliver online, blended, on-campus, and off-campus courses
</span><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";font-style:normal">in at least two of the following areas:

 Interaction Design, and Electronic Medical Record, is required.  A record of high quality scholarship or evidence of the ability to produce intellectual contributions leading to publication in refereed journals is required.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
