<div style="margin:0px 0px 10pt" align="justify"><font face="Times New Roman,serif">With the proliferation of mobile techniques, mobile computing is playing increasing role in our contemporary society. Meanwhile, cloud computing has been experiencing phenomenal
growth in last few years. Together with the widespread of the mobile technology and emerging of cloud computing concept, mobile cloud computing has been introduced to be a potential technology with a bright future.</font></div>

<font face="Times New Roman,serif">In order to promote the development of mobile cloud computing, this workshop provides a platform for researchers, developers, teams and organisations in current mobile cloud computing from academia, industry and service providers
to share their ideas, experiences and practical implementations related to new mobile cloud technologies and applications. We encourage papers that propose new research directions or challenge the existing solutions at the workshop. All the accepted papers
will be published in the main conference proceeding.</font></div>
