<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif"">The Owen School of Management at Vanderbilt University, invites applications for a research position in the Economics of Health Information Systems. The 2-year position (with the possibility
of renewal) will examine the organizational and economic aspects HIT and related information security issues. This interdisciplinary project will consider the economic incentives of individuals and health organizations to improve information governance, information
access, and avoid breaches. The objective is to develop economic models to examine governance policies and user incentives. The candidate will be housed at the Vanderbilt’s Owen Graduate School of Management but will work on an interdisciplinary, transinstitutional
team spanning computer science, psychology, sociology, economics, and business as part of a multi-year, NSF-funded effort. Candidates must have an Information Systems, Medical Informatics or related Business background, with an interest in healthcare. Educational
