that E-Technology (i.e. The Internet, social media… etc.) play a significant
role in maintaining and supporting our digital society in various sectors from
business, education, health and government and others. E-Technologies are now
available worldwide for numerous numbers of universal users to increase
collaboration, communication, interaction, creativity, critical thinking and
problem solving in developing and developed countries. It is anticipated, and
there is evidence gathering that E-technologies use will increase work
performance, productivity, innovation, workers’ satisfaction, reduce cost and
maintenance. On the other hand, adopting e-technologies will bring various
negative aspects in relation to security, privacy, legal aspects and users’
frustration, as majorities of these e-technologies are still neglecting
important aspects, i.e. Human Computer Interaction and usability. It is
anticipated that these aspects will assist to improve the system functionality,
which can be used efficiently, effectively and satisfactorily by universal
users, including people with disability.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>

this research is to analyze the service quality of property websites in
Indonesia in order to help website owners in evaluating their websites. The
service quality of the websites is measured by adapting the SERVQUAL method
which measures the gap between visitor’s expectation and satisfaction. SERVQUAL
in this study was constructed by adapting Web Quality Factors. In addition,
considering the unique condition of Indonesia and the various technological
advancements, we aim to formulate important features of property websites in
Indonesia by asking the respondents to rate the importance of each feature. We
circulated questionnaires to property exhibition events in Jakarta and received
101 valid questionnaires from 204 respondents. The results showed that
respondents considered the service quality of the websites to still be under
their expectations in all SERVQUAL dimensions which include reliability,
assurance, tangibility, empathy, and responsiveness. Furthermore, we
successfully identified significant features of property websites and extracted
important characteristics for developing countries' context. Some of which are
currently unavailable in the Indonesian property information provider
websites.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>

presents a framework aimed at assessing the capacity of Public Administration
bodies (PA) to offer a good quality of information and service on their web
portals. Our framework is based on the extraction of “.it” domain names
registered by Italian public institutions and the subsequent analysis of their
relative websites. The analysis foresees an automatic gathering of the web pages
of PA portals by means of web crawling and an assessment of the quality of their
online information services. This assessment is carried out by verifying their
compliance with current legislation on the basis of the criteria established in
government guidelines . This approach provides an ongoing monitoring process of
the PA websites that can contribute to the improvement of their overall quality.
Moreover, our approach can also hopefully be of benefit to local governments in
other countries.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>

<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><SPAN lang=EN-US>The
technological scenario always played a critical role in Information Security.
However, in recent years, this scenario has changed substantially, in ways not
known so far. Characterized by different technological trends, like IT
infrastructure outsourcing, cloud computing and mobility, this scenario created
several new security challenges. The usual approach to deal with change in
Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) is to execute a risk assessment
review and to deploy new security controls. However, because of the disruptive
nature of the technological scenario, that is not enough – new ways to plan the
ISMS itself seem to be required. In this paper, these needed changed are
identified and detailed, using ISO/IEC 27001 as a key reference. Based on risks
mapped in the literature for key technological trends, checkpoints were created
and inserted into the basic processes for important ISMS planning activities.
The result is a support framework designed specifically for Security Policy
definition and Risk Management. By modifying the usual process for each
activity, the framework drives the creation of a security culture based on the
awareness of the external scenario new risks. Applicability tests executed in a
medium-sized organization showed that the framework can be easily plugged into
real world situations. The main contribution of this research is the definition
of new tool to help security practitioners better cope with the security
challenges created by a disruptive technological scenario.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>

represents one of the most rapidly growing trends in information technology. Up
to now, however, this trend has been mainly driven by private users, although in
organizational context social media technologies would provide a multiplicity of
benefits. This paper shows – based on a state of the art analysis – application
potentials of social media in the field of business process management (BPM).
The focus lies on the interplay between the subjects and objects of BPM and
social media. The goal is to turn business processes into social entities with
the capability to communicate and to take on identity. Based on a holistic idea
finding process, several potential use cases are arranged within the phases of
the BPM cycle. The results show that unexploited potentials exist particularly
in the phases of “Business Process Design” and “Business Process
Controlling”.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>
