Selection of participants will be based on the quality of the submission and its relevance to Web engineering field in a broad sense (see the conference topics). </span></div><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 20px; margin-left: 0px; line-height: 17px; font: normal normal normal 13px/normal Arial; ">In fact, it is worth to consider that nowadays, Web-based solutions and applications require advanced approaches that go beyond traditional hypertext concepts and utilize, e.g., Collective Intelligence, Crowdsourcing, Socially-Enhanced Services Computing, Mobile Apps, and novel mechanisms such as Gamification.
