Please include all information about the author and co-authors, affiliations and email addresses when submitting your chapter proposals. Authors of accepted proposals will be notified by <B>May 25, 2014</B> about the status of their proposals. Full articles (at around 3,000 to 5,000 words) are expected to be submitted by <B>September 30, 2014</B>. All submitted articles will be reviewed on a double-blind review basis.
