the Association for Information Systems (AIS) and Elsevier Foundation are supporting a survey to identify the issues and concerns of members in the AIS community. One part of the study focuses on women in IS academia and the other examines activities that
can be planned to enhance professional growth across genders. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
