The position is located in the Department of Information and Service Economy, which consists of four disciplinary areas: Logistics, Information Systems Science, Quantitative Methods and Management Science. The department offers master's program in Information
and Service Management and has a doctoral program in information systems with about 15 doctoral students enrolled. There are currently about 25 faculty members, of which 10 are in the Information Systems group. The Department appreciates an active approach
to international research collaboration and business co-operation. Both are supported by our current faculty and Aalto Service Factory (an open collaboration platform for service research and education of the Aalto University). For more information about research

The applicants should have a PhD (or be close to completing the degree) in Informations Systems or a closely related field. Candidates must demonstrate promise of excellence in research through international top-level publications (e.g. AIS basket of journals
as an example) and the ambition to become an excellent teacher.<br>
