</div><div style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;font-size:13px"><br></div><div style="font-family:arial,sans-serif;font-size:13px"><div>Emerging technologies in business intelligence and social media are fueling a need for innovative curricula in online, traditional and hybrid delivery format that meets the industry needs. In keeping with the workshop theme of “Building a Better World through Analytics and Collaboration”, we are seeking research contributions as well as teaching materials and pedagogical practices/cases that address acquisition, application, and continued development of the knowledge and skills required in the usage of analytics, collaboration, and decision support systems.</div>
<div><br></div><div>- Contributions could be comprehensive research or research-in-progress in teaching and learning addressing topics including but not limited to:</div><div>- Case studies (with teaching note) that provide rich stories of individual organizations' management and technological initiatives and address a variety of issues in adoption and implementation of - analytics, collaboration, and decision support technologies:</div>
<div>--- Different stakeholders involved in decision making process and their role in implementation success</div><div>--- Training, professional education, and other approaches to build competencies required for implementation of these technologies in companies</div>
<div>--- Demonstrate effectiveness of a technological solution approach versus other alternatives</div><div>--- Role of strategic planning in adoption and implementation success</div><div>--- Organizational challenges and barriers</div>
<div>--- Metrics to measure effectiveness of these technologies to enhance business value</div><div>--- Ethical and/or global issues</div><div>- Learning methodologies, classroom innovation, and pedagogy</div><div>- Curriculum development with assessment methods</div>
<div>- Pedagogical approaches using gaming and/or simulation and their effectiveness</div><div>- Use of hardware and/or software to enhance pedagogy</div><div>- Developing hands-on software experiences and software tutorials</div>
<div>- Integrating real-world scenario in curricula</div><div>- Pedagogical practices in developing interdisciplinary focus that cuts across traditional functional areas</div><div>- Industry collaborations to create simulated industry projects</div>
<div>- Innovative approaches to delivering the content of online delivery models for courses in these areas</div><div>- Differentiating analytics, collaboration and decision support curricula for Undergraduate, MBA and Executive Education, and Master of Science and tailoring curricula to generalists and specialists.</div>

<div>- Research-in-progress papers must not exceed 7 pages. </div><div>- All submissions must conform to the submission template (mentioned above) and follow the instructions in the document. The page limit must include all text, figures, and tables. The cover page, abstract, keywords, and references are excluded from this page count.</div>
</div><div><br></div><div>Review criteria are as follows:</div><div>- Topic is relevant to track's theme and will draw an audience.</div><div>- Objectives and issues are clear and well-described.</div><div>- Paper and/or teaching case is clearly written.</div>
<div>- Paper and/or teaching case is well organized and flows logically.</div><div>- Literature integration is appropriate.</div><div>- Methodology (or case exhibit) is appropriate.</div><div>- Analyses are appropriate</div>
