to better provide information and services to the public. The course content is divided into three categories: Overview and assessment of development techniques, key policy issues relevant to e-government implementation programs and the broader use of information
technology in modern societies. Case studies, which explore the skills and concepts needed to effectively manage e-government projects and programs, are also discussed in this course.</span><br style="font-family: 'Segoe UI', Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px;">
