<font size="2" face="sans-serif">The University's Institute of Information Management is </font><font size="2" face="sans-serif">seeking to hire 1-2 Postdoctoral Research Associates in the areas of Enterprise Architecture Management, Large-scale IT Program Management or Enterprise-wide Information Management. </font><br>
<font size="2" face="sans-serif">The Postdoctoral Research Associate will collaborate on the academic activities of the Institute (</font><font size="2" face="sans-serif"><a href="http://iwi.unisg.ch/en/">http://iwi.unisg.ch/en/</a></font><font size="2" face="sans-serif">), as well as pursue his/her own research in the context of the Institute's research programme on Digital Business Transformation which is comprised of, among others, research consortia in the areas of Enterprise Architecture Management, Large-scale IT Program Management and Enterprise-wide Information Management.</font><br>
<font size="2" face="sans-serif">Since the position is mainly related to consortial research projects and individual research efforts in that context, there is no obligatory teaching load - but teaching opportunities can be created if desired.</font><br>
<font size="2" face="sans-serif">The term of the appointment is two years, beginning in the first half of 2015 upon agreement. Subject to publication performance and continued funding, the position can be transformed into assistant professor assignments after two years.</font><br>
<font size="2" face="sans-serif">The research associate is expected to be in residence in Eastern Switzerland for the duration of the appointment. Annual support will be competitive. In compliance with current Swiss legislation, only citizens of European Union countries can expect to be successful in applying for work visa in Switzerland. Visa application support will be provided for successful applicants.</font><br>
