[IRIS] Call for nominations to the next Norwegian member of the SJIS editorial board

Dear all,

The editorial board of the Scandinavian Journal of Information Systems (SJIS) has four members, one from each country in the IRIS Association. Each year one member ends his or her four year service on the board and is replaced by another person from the same country.

This year Xenia Vassilakopoulou from Norway (UiA) ends her service on the board and a new Norwegian member must be appointed.

Members of the SJIS editorial board are appointed by the IRIS board according to article IV, section 1 of the IRIS bylaws. We will, therefore, call for nominations to the next member of the SJIS editorial board.

The nomination and selection procedure will be as follows:
·         The president of the IRIS board is the chair for the selection committee.
·         Nominations, including self-nominations are sent to the IRIS board by email to miriag at uio.no<mailto:miriag at uio.no>. Nominations should include a cover letter with an editorial statement and CV. Nominees must be researchers working in Norwegian academic institutions within topics discussed at the yearly IRIS seminars and SCIS conferences. Deadline for nominations: 15th December 2021.
·         The IRIS board makes a shortlist of candidates.
·         The IRIS board consults the current editors about the candidates.
·         The board selects and appoints the new editor.
