[IRIS] Call for Papers: 17th IFIP Working Group 9.4 Conference, Cape Town, 20-22 May 2024

Dear Colleagues,


I am pleased to share, on behalf of the Organisers, the Call for Papers for the 17th IFIP Working Group 9.4 Conference on the Implications of Information and Digital Technologies for Development, to take place in Cape Town, 20-22 May 2024. The Conference theme is “Reshaping an Unequal World Through Social Justice and Digital Technologies”.


The Call for Papers contains all information on the Conference theme, as well as important dates. A list of tracks for paper submissions to the Conference is also in the attached. The submission deadline for all paper formats is 15 November 2023.
