On behalf of the Organisers of the 18th IFIP Working Group 9.4 Conference on the Implications of Information and Digital Technologies for Development, to take place on 20-22 May 2024 in Cape Town, South Africa, we are delighted to share that the deadline for applying to participate in the Doctoral Consortium has been extended to 24 March 2024.
