<p class="MsoNormal" style="mso-margin-top-alt:auto;mso-margin-bottom-alt:auto"><span lang="EN-US">We welcome empirical as well as theoretical or methodological papers. Papers must be related to the conference theme as well as other areas of IS research. Since
the aim of IRIS is to provide feedback and spark discussion in the working groups, the types of papers that can be submitted to IRIS are more varied. Authors are invited to submit research-in-progress, exploratory, or complete research papers they would like
to discuss with other academics. Papers submitted to IRIS will undergo a round of review to ensure they are within the scope of the conference or the IS field and they comply with minimum academic standards.

<span lang="EN-US">Authors do not give a full presentation of their papers in the group. Group members are expected to read each other's papers in advance. <span lang="EN-US">The best papers will be selected and published in the IRIS best papers series, published by the AIS.
