The post-doc position will strengthen the Faculty's research profile in emerging technologies and future work areas. You have the profile that we are looking for if you carry out high-quality international research in information system science and, in particular, methods and tools for the human-oriented, continuous development of information systems and/or sustainable software business. We expect your research results to become visible on the most prestigious publication channels of the field.</p><p style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, "Liberation Sans", sans-serif;" class="">You will work in the Value Creation for Cyber-Physical Systems and Services (CPSS) research group. The work is focused on the Continuous Service Innovation research project but will include teaching and MSc thesis work supervision. The recruited person is also expected to take responsibility for establishing research projects in the area of the CPSS group and gaining external funding for the research group. Participating in the development of the educational program and administrative duties (e.g. Finnish Hub for Digitalization) are natural parts of the post-doctoral work duties.</p><p style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, "Liberation Sans", sans-serif;" class="">A post-doctoral researcher is required to have a doctoral degree in the applicable research area. Previous experience and evidence of research related to the position's content are considered an advantage for the applicant.
