The PhD representatives sit on the board for 2 years and participate in the quarterly IRIS board meetings, give feedback on the process and progress of the conference planning and coordination, as well as handle the logistics of the Selected Papers of IRIS. <o:p></o:p></p>

existing representatives will onboard you in this regard.<o:p></o:p></p>
