Dear Murray,
thanks for your note. I know you as a scientist and we have exchange some
mails in the past. Since you are an editor in IGI-GLOBAL, and I am also an
Editor in IGI-Global,in a similar topic, you KM me Knowledge Society
Research, let me at least protect my self from silly arguments.

I thought that you would be more well informed that all serious
prestigious journals ask from guest editors many blind reviews, and in TOP
journals also you can only accept papers through the online peer review
system.

So in our conference we accept papers on a basis of 6 pages submissions
and then all the extended versions are evaluated. No paper (extended
version ) gets any acceptance for a journal without rigorous reviewing.

Thank you very much for your advice, and I am really looking forward to
share with me your quality assurance criteria for the journal you run. I
can share with you some of my experiences from the very rich editing
history I have.
