The Department of Information Systems in the Boston College Carroll School of Management invites applications for a tenure-track position of Assistant Professor in Information Systems, beginning September 2012.
 
Expected qualifications for the position include a Ph.D. in Information Systems, a demonstrated ability to conduct “A” journal quality research, and evidence of teaching excellence (or the desire and ability to develop such excellence). Preference will be give to candidates that complement our existing research strengths in IT business value, adoption and diffusion of IT innovations, e-business, healthcare IT, social media/ social networks, IT security, and IT strategy. Candidates should be able to teach one or more of the following:  Introduction to IS, Systems Analysis and Design, or IT Strategy.
