[AISWorld] PhD Scholarships in Information Systems at the ANU, Australia

The School of Accounting and Business Information Systems (ABIS) in the
College of Business and Economics at the ANU is offering up to five
scholarships for full time study towards a doctorate in the areas of
information systems and/or accounting.
Applications are invited from women and men who have a strong academic
record and research potential. The successful applicants will be
required to commence their doctoral studies, including coursework where
relevant, in the first semester of 2012. The Scholarships are open to
Australian Citizens, Permanent Residents and International Students.
All areas of research covered by the School will be considered including
information systems, accounting and business law. Candidates are
particularly sought to conduct cutting edge research in various areas,
including:
· Adoption and use of ICT, in areas such as mobile devices and internet
technologies
· Strategic adoption, use and management of ICT in organisations
· Applications of e-Commerce in service-related industries
· Project and Program Management
· Design science
· E-Government
