[AISWorld] Complimentary pre-made taxi cards

Thanks to Pan Shan-Ling of NUS, we now have a nice set of half-sheet-sized instructions to provide to a taxi driver to get back to your hotel. One is for the Oriental Riverside and the other is for the Gran Melia.

Print a few copies, because my experience is that it is easy to mistakenly leave these with the taxi drivers. Often they don't hand it back to you, and you don't notice because you are concerned with counting out the proper cash to give them.
