The Department of Information Systems, Decision Sciences, and
Statistics (IDS) at ESSEC Business School invites applications for a full-time
faculty position in Information Systems for September 2013.
 
ESSEC is a leading European business school with campuses in
Paris and Singapore. The school offers mostly graduate level training in
business administration (Masters in Management, Executive MBA, Specialized
Masters, Ph.D.). In 1997, ESSEC became the first AACSB accredited business
school outside North America. The Masters in Management program is ranked
number five in the world in the 2012
Financial Times ranking. For more information on the department, please

To be considered, candidates should have a Ph.D. (or
equivalent) in Information Systems, and show evidence of excellence both in
research (publications in leading IS journals) and in teaching. Rank of
appointment (Assistant/Associate/Full Professor) is open and salary will be
commensurate with qualifications and experience. The position requires teaching
the Masters in Management core course “IS/IT for Managers” (in English or
French), although there are opportunities to teach and/or develop courses in
the Masters and other programs (including our PhD program). The ability to
teach in both English and French is desirable, but not essential.
