May 6th Monday 2013 - Submission of Full Paper (or Paper Abstract) 
June 7 th Friday 2013 - Acceptance/Rejection of Full Paper (and Paper Abstract) 
June 28 th Friday 2013 - Final Paper for Conference Proceedings 
July 11-13th 2013 - Actual Conference 

The conference theme is “Managing the Asian Century”. This conference offers both academics and practitioners the opportunity to share knowledge in several disciplines relevant to Asian countries. The focus is on ASEAN countries and the overarching question is how we together facilitate the developments in these emerging economies. The conference organizers welcome contributions that draw upon contemporary developments in practices of management, education system, organizational development, studies in tropics, financial and economic planning, and others areas significant to socio cultural economic and environmental development. 

Potential contributors should note the conference will be a mix of industry practitioners, academics and public sector representatives and should address the style and content of their paper accordingly. The full contact details (postal address, telephone, fax and e-mail) of the corresponding author and the individual(s) who will present the paper if accepted, should appear on all submissions. 
Each Full Paper will through a blind review process. Accepted papers will be published in the reviewed Conference Proceedings (with ISSN). Selected papers will also be considered for publication in Special Issue of the following journals: 
Benchmarking: An International Journal (BIJ) 
International Journal of Indian Culture and Business Management (IJICBM) 
International Journal of Production and Quality Management (IJPQM) 
International Journal of Business Innovation and Research (IJBIR) 
Journal of Tropical Psychology (JTP) 

An unaccepted full paper will be considered as Abstract submission and will be included in the conference proceedings under non-reviewed section. Paper Abstracts will be judged for suitability to the conference theme, will be accepted in fast-track basis, and will be included in the conference proceedings.

Track 3: Emerging Trends in Banking, Finance and Accounting (IFRS convergence in Asia, alternative models of banking) 

Track 4: Business and Revenue Models in Gaming Industry (interactive digital movie industry, trends in games development) 

Track 5: Psychological Issues in Asia (tropical psychology, societal attitude) 

Track 6: Emerging Retail and Service Industries (retailing, leisure industry, e-commerce, marketing, supply chain) 

Track 7: Entrepreneurship, Creativity and Innovation (entrepreneurial skills development, models of innovation, Asia’s potential, investment in creativity and innovation ) 

Track 8: Systems Thinking and Systems Practices (systemic thinking models, system dynamics, qualitative modeling, case applications) 

Track 9: Tourism initiatives, relationships and issues in Asia-pacific (Eco-tourism, sustainable tourism, tourist behavior, sports and events management, destination management, tourism policy and planning) 

Pre-Conference Workshop: Young Researcher Workshop 
We welcome young researchers who are completing their higher research degree or have obtained their PhD within the last five years to join this workshop. A number of sessions would be facilitated by experienced researchers.
