papers submissions. Following is the call for papers of NETs2013. Please
consider to join this event in Hong Kong.  After conference, all completed

journals. Before publishing, authors have to revise their manuscript
according to review comments.

Authors of accepted papers have the option of publishing or not publishing
their papers in the journal assigned by conference committee. If authors
choose not to publish their articles in journal, their papers would appear
in proceedings (CD-ROM) only.

held on September 7-8, 2013, in Hong Kong, China. This conference is
organized by Academy of Taiwan Information Systems Research (ATISR), and
sponsored by National Taipei University, National Taiwan University,
Chinese Culture University, Tamkang University. This conference provides a
forum for researchers and practitioners to exchange research results and
share development experiences on internet study.

*Submission Type*

The conference call for two types of papers

1. Completed Research Papers

The completed research papers should been written clearly and have
completed data analyses. The quality of completed research papers should be
similar to journal article.

2. Research-in-Progress Papers

The research-in-progress papers typically represent work that is incomplete
or just in the proposal stage. Research-in-progress papers could be a
research proposal, the front half of a completed research paper.

A paper which does not meet the quality standard of "completed research
paper" can be accepted as "research-in-progress paper".

Both accepted completed research papers and research-in-progress papers
will be arranged in the oral presentation sessions. Only full papers
(completed research papers) in conference would be invited to publish in
the affiliated journals.
