[AISWorld] On IT Service Design methods

Dear colleagues interested in ITS design methods:
We have elaborated an agile IT service design methodology.
We need international evaluators (over 20 or more!).
The evaluation asked consists in:

1. To review the ITSDM,V.2013 METHODOLOGY MANUAL (Methodology for Designing
    IT services).

2. To assess a  CONCEPTUAL VALIDITY FORM

3. To review the ITSDM.V.2013 DEMO CASE

4. To assess the DEMOGRAPHIC FORM + EVALUATION FORM


It is asked to compare ITSDM with ITIL V3 and ISO 20000 design reported
processes.

Well, your general expertise on IT is highly appreciated. We have already
collected 8 international evaluations but more are required.
