To me they seem modest and realistic.

Personally, I wouldn't mind.

The actual results will matter. Hence the actual research questions that
will be answered matter.

I had two students who came to me with their PhD title:

 

Towards.....

 

To me the word indicate that the study could not be completed. Is this
acceptable for a D study or should I ask them to rephrase the title.
