Service Oriented Computing & Applications (SOCA 2014)

November 17-19, 2014 in Matsue, Japan

The 7th IEEE International Conference on Service Oriented Computing &
Applications (SOCA 2014) provides an international forum for researchers
from multiple disciplines to exchange and share their experiences, ideas,
and latest research results on all aspects of service-oriented computing
and applications.

Submissions are invited for workshop proposals to be included in the SOCA
2014 Workshop Program. Workshops are meant to facilitate the exchange of
ideas and experiences between active researchers, and stimulate discussions
on new and emerging issues in line with the conference topics.

Workshops may concentrate in-depth on research topics, or may also be
devoted to application and/or standardization issues.

Proposals for half-day / one-day workshops are requested and should include
the following information:
- workshop title and acronym
- brief biography of each organizer/chair
- an outline of the workshop theme, goals, planned activities, and intended
audience
- the complete text of the envisioned call for papers (workshop papers are
limited by 6 pages in IEEE format)

This should be based on the following schedule:
    >   Paper submission deadline:  July 15, 2014
    >   Notification of acceptance: September 11, 2014
    >   Camera ready:               September 26, 2014
    >   Workshop day:               November 17, 2014

For the accepted workshops, announcements for call for papers are expected
to be available before end of May 2014.

The papers in the workshops will be published in the SOCA proceedings that
will be included in the IEEE Digital Library. Workshop proposals can be
submitted by sending e-mails to the contact workshop co-chair Massimo
Mecella ( mecella(at)diag.uniroma1.it ) at Sapienza Università di Roma,
before May 10, 2014.
