TRACK COVERAGE
Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) are playing increasingly transformative roles in Government. Through e-Government portals and associated initiatives, citizen-centric services are now more accessible. The ICT in Government track invites papers covering a wide array of topics in these areas including but not limited to: Design, Assessment, Review and Management of ICT; ICT Strategic and Policy issues; and emerging roles and potential impact of ICT on Government.

RECOMMENDED TOPICS
This track encourages the submission of research papers, research-in-progress papers, teaching cases, and panel proposals in the following ICT application domains (but not limited to):


*         Emerging ICT in government at the federal, state and municipal levels

*         Social media use and impact for government organizations

*         Security and privacy protection in e-government systems

*         Could-based e-government systems

*         Disaster recovery and ICT governance

*         Meta-analyses of ICT literature on government

*         Impact of ICT on transparency and equity

*         Election and voting

*         Delivery of governmental services

*         Transformation of government organizations

*         Electronic records and legacy paper records

*         Policy making and management through IT

*         ICT issues in developing countries
