As the regular end-of-year update, version 10.5 of the e-Gov Reference Library (EGRL) has been published. It now contains 7,237 references of predominantly English-language, peer-reviewed work in the study domains of electronic government and electronic governance. This marks an 11 % increase in references from version 10.0 (July of 2014) and a 15.2% increase from version 9.5 (March of 2014).

This issue of the EGRL has been improved in various ways including representing leading conferences (HICSS, IFIP EGOV, etc.) in a consistent way. A total of 1,262 records were adjusted for that reason. I would like to recognize and appreciate the excellent work and contribution of University of Washington graduate assistant Christopher Setzer who helped make this happen, which I consider the cleanest ERGL version ever.

The e-Gov Reference Library has become an indispensable tool for e-Gov scholars. In particular, reviewers of paper submissions are reported to rely heavily on this reference library. Packaged in a 20.4 MB zip file, bibTeX, RIS, and EndNote versions along with PDF, text, rtf versions are available. Mendeley or Zotero versions can easily be created by importing from EndNote xml, RIS, or bibTeX files.
