[AISWorld] Critical Issues Facing Outsourcing Vendors in India

Dear MIS Professors and Professionals Around the World:

I have a chapter titled -"Critical Issues Facing Outsourcing Vendors in India," in our upcoming book - Global Sourcing of Services: Issues, strategies and Challenges.

For this chapter, I am looking for a mini-case that documents in 1-2 pages some of these issues. This mini-case goes at the end of the chapter.  This mini-case can be similar to the mini-cases in Laudon and Laudon book chapters; or a real story published in a newspaper, a periodical, a journal etc.
