The Department of Information Technology & Decision Sciences at the University of North Texas invites applicants to apply for a tenure track position in Business Analytics at the level of Assistant or Associate Professor for the Fall 2017 semester.

The candidate must have a doctorate in Information Systems, Decision Sciences, or related discipline to apply. The candidate must be an effective researcher and teacher. Candidates must have experience teaching business analytics or related classes such as, but not limited to, modeling and analysis as applied to business intelligence/analytics and data mining, data warehousing, big data analytics including Hadoop or Spark. Preference will be given to candidates who have at least two years of experience teaching in a university faculty position. Candidates are expected to teach a course load of at least 2-2. Actual course loads are assigned based on departmental needs. Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
