Dear AIS members,

The Information Systems Major at the Faculty of Business Administration,
Ono Academic College, Israel, is seeking strong candidates for a faculty
position.



The ideal candidate should be able to lecture in Hebrew, possess a Ph.D. in
a field within the Information Systems domain, have a proven research
success record, and be willing to live in Israel. Capacity to teach Cyber
Security and/or Big Data and IoT topics are a plus. Professional experience
is an additional plus.



Ono Academic College is the largest college in Israel with approximately
12,000 students in 5 different faculties. Its Faculty of Business
Administration is the largest in the country. Ono Academic College and its
Faculty of Business Administration are well-known for the excellent and
practical teaching (was ranked for three years in a row as the best
teachers in the country according to the National Union of Israeli
Students). *Excellent teaching skills is a pre-condition for any candidate
in our institution*.

In 2010, we began a program to significantly improve academic research.
After a notable success in this task in the last 5 years, we currently
target becoming a leader in academic research among Israeli Colleges. *Proven
outstanding research record and desire for excellent research is expected
from any candidate.*

Ono Academic College is well-known for its continuous growth, improvement
and new initiatives. This cannot be done without involvement and motivation
of faculty members. *New faculty members are expected to be collaborative,
involved team players and create new initiatives that lead us to new
achievements*.

Ono Academic College is a private college located in Kiryat-Ono, a vivid
town at the Center of Israel, close to Tel-Aviv.



Information Systems is the largest major in the Faculty of Business
Administration, and growing. We have attractive BA and MBA programs that
evolve with market needs, as well as a strong entrepreneurship center that
includes an accelerator for innovative, entrepreneurial ideas.
