We have openings for two Health Informatics positions in our Master of
Science and our BBA programs in Health Informatics.

We are especially interested in faculty members with real world
experience interacting with healthcare professionals. New faculty
members will teach Health Informatics courses at both the undergraduate
and graduate level, teach some of our basic Informatics courses, help
build and promote our HI programs, and produce research publications in
HI. Those interested in our program evolution can find details in the
paper at this link: http://rdcu.be/odgN

We have a very collegial environment in which everyone is expected to
contribute, but we take great pains to try to keep anyone from getting
overburdened. We place equal emphasis on teaching and on research, but
good teaching is critical. Service, as it pertains to helping to
establish our HI programs, is also a critical need. But again, we try to
ensure no one is spread too thin. We have a very supportive dean who is
part of the Informatics faculty, and the Provost and President take an
active interest in our HI programs.

I'll provide posting details below, and you can apply via the button at
the top left of this page:

Warmest regards,

Kevin Parker
