Job Title:  Senior Lecturers in Data Science / Information Systems /
Information Retrieval
Department: Information School, University of Sheffield, UK

Salary: Grade 9 £ 49,772 to £55,998 per annum with potential to progress to
£64,894 through sustained exceptional contribution

Closing Date: 5th June 2017

We are investing in two strategic appointments in the areas of Data
Science, Information Retrieval or Information Systems designed to enhance
and expand our exceptionally strong research and teaching in areas such as
big data systems and analytics, information retrieval, and socio-technical
aspects of information systems.

The appointees will make a strong contribution to the further development
of our research activities, to the delivery of our postgraduate programmes
in Data Science / Information Systems Management, and to the supervision of
research students.
