It is our great pleasure to invite you to submit papers to the 5th
International Renewable and Sustainable Energy Conference (IRSEC’17),
which will be held in Tangier, Morocco during December 4-7, 2017.

Tangier is a beautiful seaside city with clear air and enchanting sea view
where Mediterranean sea meets the Atlantic Ocean. The history of Tangier is
very rich, due to the historical presence of many civilizations and cultures
starting from before the 5th century BC.

IRSEC’17 is an IEEE technically co-sponsored conference. All papers will
be submitted to IEEE for potential inclusion in IEEE Xplore. Authors of
selected papers will be invited to prepare the extended version to high
scored journals.
