W. P. CAREY SCHOOL OF BUSINESS ~ ARIZONA STATE UNIVERSITY
The Department of Information Systems in the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University invites applications for multiple positions at the rank of Lecturer starting Fall 2017.
Essential Functions. The candidate must contribute to the Department of Information System's mission in the areas of teaching and service, and must be able and willing to teach information systems and/or business analytics courses to both undergraduate and graduate students.
Required Qualifications. 1) A master's degree in information management, business analytics, business administration or a closely related field. 2) A record of scholarship as evidenced by professional experience within the IS or business analytics profession, including an active learning agenda, and/or white papers, articles, tutorials or manuals; 3) A demonstrated potential for teaching excellence at the undergraduate or graduate level as evidenced by organization and communication skills.
Desired Qualifications. 1) Significant service and professional contributions to the Information Systems profession 2) Teaching experience within a variety of platforms, including undergraduate, graduate, online, and/or industry; 3) A PhD in business administration or a closely related field.
