 Dear Colleagues!

 The Annals of Computer Science and Information Systems (ACSIS)
<https://annals-csis.org?utm_source=phplist10&utm_medium=email&utm_content=text&utm_campaign=Annals-CSIS+Invitation+to+publish>
is an online, journal-style, series, reporting results of theoretical and
applied research, in computer science and information systems. The series
is now embarking on an exciting growth journey to complement the success of
the FedCSIS
<https://www.fedcsis.org/?utm_source=phplist10&utm_medium=email&utm_content=text&utm_campaign=Annals-CSIS+Invitation+to+publish>
(Federated Computer Science and Information Systems) multi-conference, with
which it was originally associated.

 In this context, we have started publishing proceedings of independent
conferences and workshops. Our next aim is to publish post-conference
thematic volumes (consisting of papers revised and extended by at least
30%), research reports of collaborative projects, monographs, special
editions on hot topics in, broadly understood, computer science and
information systems.

 ACSIS provides immediate online open access to its content that can be
distributed subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Creative
Commons Attribution License (CC BY). Under this license, authors retain
ownership of the copyright for their content, but allow anyone to download,
reuse, reprint, modify, distribute and/or copy the content, as long as the
original authors and source are properly cited. No further permission is
required from the authors or the publishers. Appropriate attribution can be
provided by simply citing the original article. Here, author(s) grant the
series the right of first publication.

 We emphasize that, as opposed to many invitations (that you might be
getting) to contribute to open access money-motivated publishers, our
business model is different. Our financial position flows from the FedCSIS
multi-conference and thus we do not request publication / access fees.
Furthermore, content editing / processing / preparation can be completed by
the authors / editors (making publication completely free of charge), or
can be contracted to our, in-house, TeXnical Editor.

 All ACSIS volumes are published with ISSN, ISBN and DOI numbers. ACSIS is
indexed, among others, in DBLP, CrossRef, BazEkon, Open Access Library,
Index Copernicus, AcademicKeys, PBN, ARIANTE, while some volumes (in
particular those published in cooperation with the IEEE) have already been
indexed in the Web of Science and in SCOPUS.

 The top international quality of the ACSIS volumes is also assured by our
Senior Editorial Board, consisting of some the most renowned scientists in
the world, by any standards (for the list of Senior Editors, click this
link
<https://annals-csis.org/editorial_board?utm_source=phplist10&utm_medium=email&utm_content=text&utm_campaign=Annals-CSIS+Invitation+to+publish>
). Note that each volume proposal is thoroughly evaluated and only selected
volumes are, finally, published. To assure high integrity of materials
published by ACSIS, before publication, all submitted content is checked
using anti-plagiarism software.

 Please consider publishing a volume in the ACSIS series, and feel free to
contact us for any further information.

 Sincerely,

 Maria Ganzha, Ph.D., D.Sc.

 Editor-in-Chief
