[AISWorld] AIS Outreach Publication Award: Nomination deadline - October 15, 2017

We welcome your nominations for the AIS Outreach Publication Award!  The AIS Outreach Publication Award, established by AIS Council in 2015, recognizes members who successfully transfer research to practitioner audiences in practice-based publications. The publication can be in any medium in the public domain but not in an IS journal, conference proceedings, thesis, or other academic compilation. The publication selected for the award must be publically available with evidence that it has influenced practitioner or decision makers in the public or private sectors and/or researchers in disciplines greatly different from IS.
To be nominated for an outstanding publication, the author must:

  1.  Be a member of AIS
  2.  May not have received the AIS Outreach Publication Award within the five (5) years prior to the nomination
  3.  Have made significant contributions to the practitioner audience in practice-based publications through research
