[AISWorld] Reappointment of Jan Recker as Editor-in-Chief of CAIS

It is a great pleasure to announce that Jan Recker has accepted the invitation of the AIS Executive Committee to serve an additional two years as Editor-in-Chief (EiC) of Communications of the Association of Information Systems (CAIS). He will now serve as EiC of CAIS until June 30, 2020.

The AIS Executive Committee and I appreciate Jan's extensive efforts to further raise the quality and image of CAIS by promoting excellence in information systems education and by encouraging dialogues about important information systems topics. Under his leadership the CAIS review process is running smoothly and the journal is publishing the type of stimulating, timely articles for which it was created.

Jan Recker is a Full Professor in the School of Management at the Queensland University of Technology (QUT) where he previously served as Professor and inaugural Woolworths Chair of Retail Innovation in QUT's Information System School. He is a Fellow of the Alexander-von-Humboldt Foundation and a Fellow of the Liechtenstein Chapter of the Association for Information Systems. Jan is a prolific researcher and has won several awards for his research. Most of his publications are in the areas of Organizational Innovation, Conceptual Modelling and Green IS.
