[AISWorld] SIGGreen Presidency - Call for Nominations

SIGGreen is calling for nominations for the position of President. Any member of SIGGreen can nominate candidates for this position.

SIGGreen - the Special Interest Group (SIG) on Green Information Systems - promotes rigorous research that contributes to solving problems of environmental degradation and climate change. Further information about SIGGreen is available at https://siggreen.wikispaces.com.

Dr. Pratyush Bharati's tenure as president of SIGGreen commenced on the 1st of July 2017 and will continue until the 30th of June 2019. The President-Elect will assist the current President during his tenure, and will take the helm for a period of two years from 1st of July 2019 to 30th of June 2021.

If you'd like to nominate a candidate, please send the candidate's name to the chair of the election committee (Stefan Seidel, the Immediate Past President of SIGGreen - stefan.seidel at uni.li<mailto:stefan.seidel at uni.li>) by 26th of January 2018 - providing the nominee has given their consent.

The candidate will then be asked to forward the following documents:

1) A short biography (200 words max)
2) Curriculum vitae
3) A candidature statement (500 words max)
