Can we please work on our paper for this special issue. I know the editor very well and we can get it published. Would you all please put more efforts on it. Can we start collecting data if as per Majid the pilot looks good?

Best,

> New technology developments such as social media, mobile computing, Internet of things (IoT), and Mutual Distributed Ledgers (MDLs like blockchain technologies) have offered innovation opportunities to enable new forms of organizational change, spawned new business models and created novel user experiences. While the adoption of these innovative technologies allows new ways of sharing, using, and storing data within the organization and across organizational boundaries, these new IT-driven digital business opportunities also generate new risks. For instance, Gartner estimates that more than 20% of organizational security attacks will involve IoT connectivity. Thus, this special issue will focus on the identification and management of security risks resulting from the use of new technologies in different industries. In essence, we are interested in understanding how organizations or individuals can effectively mitigate the cybersecurity risks for digital business. How can organizations develop digital security strategies in today's technology-based world? What are the tools and techniques used by cybercriminals, and how can organizations deal with the increasingly complex cyber security threats effectively? Submissions that focus on the interplay of technical, behavioral, economic and/or organizational perspectives on information security are especially welcome. Submitted research can be analytical, design-oriented, or empirical in nature.
