Professor of Practice in Management Science


The A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University is seeking applicants for a non-tenure system faculty position (Professor of Practice) in the area of management science. This is a full-time faculty appointment with a starting date of July 1, 2019. The Professor of Practice will teach undergraduate and graduate courses and provide support for the Master of Business Analytics program.  Salary, teaching load, and benefits are commensurate with other major research institutions. Ultimate recruitment for this position is subject to final budgetary approval by the University.



Job Qualifications

We seek candidates who hold a Ph.D. in Management Science, Operations Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, or Business Analytics. Candidates must also have proven college/university teaching experience or show strong promise in teaching in Business Analytics. Practical industry experience is highly desirable and valued. The successful candidate will be a thought-leader in this dynamic evolving area and work with colleagues to develop and maintain an appropriate curriculum of Master of Business Analytics program.
