[AISWorld] Microsoft Office competency exam

We are looking at a proficiency exam for Microsoft Office 2016 that will
allow students to test out of the introductory class.  If you have any
experience, positive or negative, with any specific exams or issues, please
let me know.  I will compile the responses and share with the list.
