Dear colleagues interested on Decision Tools and IT Services:

We are conducting a research on the impacts on Decision Tools for
improving the training of IT professionals managing critical IT services
in large organizations. In particular, we pursue the following scientific
purposes: 1) to compare the levels of usefulness, ease of use,
compatibility and value perceived by ITSM professionals and academics on 3
different DMSS tools (prototypes) for supporting the training on
decision-making tasks in the Incident and Problem Management of critical
IT services operated by large international organizations; 2) to identify
design parameters from these comparisons for a better design of DMSS tools
for decision-making tasks in the Incident and Problem Management of
critical IT services; and 3) to promote in ITSM professionals the
utilization of DMSS tools for a better training process.

Thus, we thank interest in a remote participation as ITSM professional or
ITSM academic in this international research, through the interaction with
3 DMSS Tools Prototypes and answering of the demographic data and
usability evaluation questionnaires (with an approximate overall time of
90 minutes for doing all required experimental tasks).

These tasks are done remotely accessing our DMSS server. Interested please
contact us for send them the CODE ACCESS.

Thanks very much in advance!
Sincerely,
Research Team
